Clean, low-maintenance, coastal exterior! Elegant, contemporary interiors! Each condo unit, including garage and decks, is approximately 4300 square feet.
The Exterior
The PolySteel walls are clad in white brick, low-maintenance Monterey Taupe James Hardie (cement fiber) board and shake siding, with low-maintenance Azek cornices. There are copper collectors and downspouts. The roof is Hemlock Green Petersen PAC-CLAD standing-seam aluminum. Marvin Integrity Windows and Therma Tru Smooth Star Fiberglass Doors are used throughout.
Professional Site Planning and Landscaping: A 25-year-old American Holly tree graces the front yard. Four native Live Oaks and an assortment of hearty, native shrubbery have been planted.
The Interior
Ground floors feature a custom mahogany entry with sidelights and a camera/intercom system. The elegantly marble-tiled foyer contains a stairway and elevator to the upstairs, plus doorways to a first-floor guest suite, a garage, and a foyer coat closet. The guest suites feature a living room, dining amenities, fridge, microwave, icemaker, bedroom, bath, and washer/dryer closet.
